Even thought the hotel is old, due to aging city's economy and population decrease, however it was well maintained and clean. Staff was very kind. The view from the hotel room looking at Shimabara castle was fantastic. Location is very convenient, close to the arcade shopping area although most stores weren't operating, close to samurai residential street and carp street. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

とにかく眺めの良い部屋で満足でした。部屋のお風呂は小さかったので近くの温泉に行きましたがそれもよかったです。
ただフロントやエレ ベーターが人口香料の臭い（ファブリーズのような）がきつくて気持ち悪くなってしまったので、その点改善されたら良いなと思いました。
その他の点においてはもう一度利用したいと思いました。

人を使わずに荷物も預けられるシステムになっていたことに感心しました

エアコンの音と建物の構造上かもしれませんが、一時的ではなく、終始水の流れる音があり気になりました。
ロビーの椅子や部屋のイスに汚れシミが目立ってました。
ウェルカムドリンクがあり、更に好きなものを選べるのは嬉しいサービスでした。
商店街やコンビニも近くにあるのでよかったです。
