Da chegada a saída tudo perfeito. Quadro muito bem limpo e organizado, cheiroso! Toalhas fofinha, lençóis limpos. Disponibilizam cobertor é só pedir. Dois elevadores funcionando perfeitamente. Confesso que se fosse levar em consideração as avaliações que vi aqui, não me hospedaria. Mas peço que não levem em consideração as experiências alheias. A minha foi incrível. Piscina bem limp. Café da manhã maravilhoso, tudo fresco e gostoso. Voltaria mais vezes e indico pra todos! Tenham uma boa estadia.

Razoável, na hora de iniciar o check-in ficamos 40 minutos esperando. O quarto sujo e os lençóis com manchas, logo pela manhã teve um problema técnico no andar que estávamos e tivemos que tomar banho gelado.

Minha experiência no hotel (4 dias)

Escolhi esse hotel ciente, pelos comentários, de que ele não era dos melhores, mas optei pelo custo-benefício. A localização realmente é boa: tem restaurantes por perto e fica bem pertinho do mar, o que é ótimo para curtir o dia e tomar banho. Porém, a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. Para entrar e sair, é obrigatório usar a pulseira do hotel e, toda vez que você volta ao quarto, precisa passar na recepção para “recarregar” o cartão de entrada. O ponto mais crítico: de 3 elevadores, apenas 1 estava funcionando. Isso torna tudo extremamente demorado e estressante, ainda mais porque esse problema é antigo e o hotel estava cheio, inclusive com funcionários usando o mesmo elevador. O café da manhã é bom, sempre repõem os alimentos, mas precisa chegar antes das 10h, porque depois disso não servem mais nada. A limpeza dos quartos é feita a cada 2 dias, e se quiser extra, tem que pagar. Outro ponto negativo: só existe 1 secador e 1 ferro de passar roupas para todos os hóspedes, disponíveis apenas na recepção — e para pegar, você precisa enfrentar novamente a saga do elevador. A área da piscina é bonita e fica no terraço, mas venta muito! O frio é tão forte que nem tive coragem de usar a piscina. Se for tirar foto lá, cuidado para não ficar na ponta — o vento é capaz de levar mesmo! Conclusão: a localização é ótima, mas a estrutura e organização deixam muito a desejar. Se você prioriza conforto e praticidade, não recomendo.

Fiquei apenas 2 noites, pois fui a trabalho. O atendimento da recepção foi nota 10, muito educados, assim como funcionárias da limpeza. Hotel precisa de boas reformas, elevador velho e tem dois mas só um funcionava. Quarto Ok, cama confortável, banheiro ok, chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã fraco. Devem urgentemente fazer uma boa detetizacao, pois sai pra jantar e quando voltei tinha uma baratinha em cima da cama, e a vizinha de quarto comentou comigo que aconteceu a mesma coisa com ela, inclusive já tinha visto avaliações passando a mesma situação. Ainda assim paguei pra ver, e vi.
