10/10 Exceptional

Great place

Always great to stay here. Safe area in Northport and the hotel staff is quick to help and makes the check in process seamless. plus to mention they DO NOT COLLECT deposits which is the most annoying thing when dealing with hotels. So they are my go to when I need a room
Samuel, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The room smell like it was mopped with a dirty mop. It also smell like the headboard was wiped down with a dirty towel. Housekeeping needs to make sure to use clean towels and mops
Natalie, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

the sheets, pillow cases and towels ALL had stains on them. the window had mold on it. the room SMELLED like mold. the floor was wet, and their breakfast was terrible. they say it’s age 18+ but the woman waited until I got there to tell me it was 21+… I paid $200 for ONE NIGHT OF BS. NEVER again.
Aaliyah, 2-night trip

It’s close to restaurants and the neighborhood Walmart

everyone we interacted with was pleasant and accommodating.
Cy, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Nasty room and false advertisement on page.

Room had german roaches and baby roaches under bed as i scooted it over after killing two live roaches. Its on video but cant share video here. Pool hadnt been worked on in quite a while. Staff was rude upon arrival. (Black female at the desk thats a possible manager). Lamp cord was rigged with electrical tape and electrical plugs were black from being burnt. Bathroom door had a ¾ inch gap that you could see straight into bathroom. Breakfast consisted of pancake mix that you cook yourself with a pancake cooker beside it. Will not be back.
Daniel, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Beds were super comfortable. Hotel is older, furniture and bathroom showing wear and tear. Staff was super helpful
Burben, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

When checking in, everyone was nice and efficient. Rooms were standard, no-frills. The property is dated but it met my needs for my trip.

2 night stay

The room was clean and comfortable. I don't care about the view. I just sleep there. Staff was pleasant and helpful
Susan, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Fine for a budget motel. Pillows were really terrible
2-night trip

6/10 Good

All rooms should be non-smoking.
Eddie, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

This motel was dirty and not at all as pictured online. The door to the room did not close properly which led to water flooding our room. It was dirty, the bathroom was old and rusty. The pool was closed and the property looked abandoned. The phone to the main lobby did not work so every time we needed towels we needed to walk to the main building. This place is NOT professional cleaned as stated in the description. The “cleaning staff” appears to be a husband, wife and their baby in the stroller. I would NEVER recommend anyone staying here. The owners should be ashamed.
Terese, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The brand is lower end but the staff we had contact with were among the best we have ever encountered. They were incredibly helpful to us in a daily basis. The room was large with an additional seating area. The bed was comfortable. Good shower. Ac/heating system was quiet. There are lots of dining choices as well as shopping adjacent to the hotel.
Stewart, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

The towels was stained and we saw roaches and spiders.
Clyessia, 1-night trip

Hot tub in the room. I didn’t use it, but it was there. There was no coffee maker in the room !
George, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Did not like any of it they said it was a continental breakfast and no there wasn’t there was fingernails in my bed the other bed had hair in it just a terrible stay
Richard, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Had to get someone in to unplug toilet. Also, Breakfast was limited to 3 cereals or waffle. No juice, just coffee and milk for cereal. they used to have toast and jelly along with muffins or other type buns.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

The bed was wonderful, Me being a former maintenance worker for.a hotel chain. I checked the ac system and as i thought, the ac filter was dirty. The room was nice, but the ac filter should always be clean., especially with all this virus stuff.. the rooms should be really clean.
Kenneth, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Nasty unsafe place. When I checked in, I had to pay because they did not have anything for your company. Ten, I was never able to find anyone at the front desk the entire two days I was there. We left a day early because of concern.
Roger, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

found food left over in fridge no shower curtain no drinking glasses in room
JOHN, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

I don't have one
Felicia, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

If i had to tell someone i would say do not waste your money there. Our bed was not made and it was broken. The remote was falling apart. The front desk were rude. Hardly any breakfast and the swimming pool was closed in the middle of the summer days! I was so upset but it was super late and we weren’t able to just pack up and go with our little family. I’m very very Disappointed! Definitely Definitely don’t waste your money. They don’t reach out to the ones that left a bad review only the good ones.
Becca, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

It was the nastiest place I have ever stayed! I stood at the desk waiting for someone to check us in for exactly 15 minutes. I know this for sure because no one was at desk. I had walked in at 2 minutes before checkin time and actually watched time as I had to urinate badly after long drive. I was only person waiting. Then finally, after long trip and long wait to checkin, I needed to use restroom desperately, get to room annnnd...there was NO toilet paper in the bathroom at all. 2nd-The fridge was not cold, only tepid and smelt of sour milk and decaying food. Tray in fridge had nasty, old crap rotting in it (took picture). 3rd-Batteries in tv remote were dead. 4th-Hair on sink(took picture). 5th-Microwave had decaying something? in it and inside door of microwave was splattered with something (took picture). We honestly were afraid to touch anything in that room it was so nasty!! Will NEVER stay at an Econo Lodge EVER again!
