It was a Great Stay vacation for us!

When my wife and arrived at Double tree by Hilton. Our room wall very clean and the roses for my wife were in our room before we checked in as I requested and I really appreciated that. We were given 2 bottles of waters and cookies at the front desk and also Chris, Front Office Manager had also personally left his business card, 2 additional bottles of waters and took the vase of Roses up to our room himself.

I gave a good rating due to the front desk personnel (Emily) exceptional customer service. Upon arrival the handicap amenities that were requested was not honored and after several attempts to correct the situation. It seemed like an endless battle, but the hotel redeemed itself and demonstrated great customer service.

We came here on New Year’s Eve for a concert and we have absolutely no complaints. Clean room, clean towels, comfortable bed, clean shower, all was a 10/10! Fitness room will have the basics when you want to get a quick workout in. Did not get the chance to hop in the pool but it looked great! Would highly recommend staying here.
