Didnt go to breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. First off the room key lock was broken so the front desk person had to open the room for us, no way to leave and come back without getting the front desk to reopen the room. The room smelled old and stale, the shower didnt work but leaked heavily all night. There were bugs in the room and found on the bed as well. The tv was broken with lines running thru the screen. Overall the worst place ive ever paid to stay. The front desk person was very nice.

Breakfast was a sham, with no apology offered.

Everything was “excellent” until until we showed up for breakfast at 7:00 AM. All that was available, was waffles, syrup and black coffee. We can’t eat waffles because of the carbs or syrup because of the sugar. One of us does not drink coffee and the other one of us does not drink it black. Nothing else was available, nothing at all. Nothing else to eat and nothing else to drink. Except for the waffle iron and coffee pot, the food service area was totally bare…

My stay at the Red Roof in Dillion SC was very nice. It was the best night sleep I've had at a hotel while. the huddle house was a 1 min walk. Quiet, hot water, good breakfast.

Palmetto stopover

I was on the final leg of my trip south from NJ, and I had just crossed into SC. It was already dark (and cold), and I needed a place to stay. This property is close to I-95, and the ice machine works! Got takeout pizza and had a good night’s sleep.

The 1st room had holes in wall and comforter. Phone didn’t work in room. When I went back to ask for another room and explained the reason for wanting another room and the clerk stated the comforter is going to have holes because it was a smoking room. Then it seemed like people lived there! I never saw the so called breakfast…Saturday there was only coffee & cereal and Sunday was the same but I did see a couple of pieces of toast. Will never stay at a Red Roof Hotel AGAIN. They have went down tremendously!!! You guys may want to take them off your site because they are making you guys look bad for the quality of hotels you offer
