Very nice place

First time staying here. Walking distance to many shops & restaurants! Although the coffee shop is closed this time of year ( Nov/ Dec ) there were plenty of other places to get coffee, plus there was coffee in the room. Gus the owner was very nice, I will definitely stay there again!

Clean with very nice quality amenities in the room. Had a great nights sleep on the most comfortable bed! Walking distance to all of downtown Sister Bay. Beautiful property, impeccably clean, and perfectly located. Our wedding anniversary weekend was fantastic. Thank you!

Very clean. First night check-in we had to call for check-in instructions. Second day no housekeeping, they evidently simply forgot. At check out manager merely apologized with I'm sorry about that. No coffee maker in room, although advertised that way.

We stayed Thursday night, September 21st for 1 night. Everything was closed up. We had to check into the room using a digital code, since the lobby was closed . The proprietors ran this hotel remotely. No dining or food service, the coffee shop was closed for the season, no lobby coffee since it is closed, no chair to sit on inthe room, rooms were not soundproof, I could hear the people next door talking and coughing.....not happy with this hotel at all for the price I paid. I want a refund!

It was just ok I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I never saw one employee even check in was done without an employee. When I asked for cleaning they made the bed but didn’t give me new towels. There was a number of huge stains in the carpet that you have to fix you can’t rent a room with huge gross stains. No one told us that the coffee shop was closed

It was a great location for walking to town. However, the room was very basic and stark. No pictures on the walls and the lighting was provided by 2 small bedside lights. If you were sitting on the sofa trying to read, it would e very difficult due to lack of lighting. The description of the room listed a coffeemaker but there wasn’t one in the room. The manager went off duty shortly after we checked in so we weren’t able to contact him.

Great location! A few areas would suggest some improvement! They have some nice places to sit outside to sit and have a drink but they do not have an ice machine available for guests. That should be a given that the property provides an ice machine. Second, no coffee offered in the room for guests. I get that they probably want guests to buy coffee at the little coffee shop they also run on the property but very limited hours, Sunday morning it said they opened at 8:00, no one was there. Last, the office has very limited hours in general. One other small item was the soap dispenser in the shower did not work, I would have gone to the office to ask for another bar of soap or have them fix it but again, office was closed. For the price per night the property charges, these should be staple items provided.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Immaculately clean, beautifully stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was even more comfortable than ours at home! We couldn’t be happier and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing stay.
