I enjoyed this hotel which offered a free breakfast in the morning. The staff were responsive and addressed any questions as were the dining staff. Our room was clean, the bed was not as comfortable as I would like but sufficed. All main tourist areas are within walking distance of this hotel and I would certainly entertain staying at this establishment again in the future.

Great location, near San Marco and the busy streets (right by the designer boutiques!) but set slightly away so it was quiet in the room. Air conditioning was a godsend! Staff were friendly and helpful, continental breakfast was good, room fairly spacious for a compact city but it was a little dated (like a lot of Venetian hotels). Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional location, including taxi boat entrance, close to St. Marco Square and good restaurants and shops. However, the breakfast is very poor due to its category and facilities, and the insistence of the attendence on paying the city tax in cash.
