Mal aseo de la habitación y tenia una gotera en el techo y en la madrugada nos cayo el agua en la cabeza tuvimos que arrimar todo porque se mojó también la sábana y la almohada

Buen servicio, pero pesimas camas y el olor insoportable a humedad, aun y que son cabañas, no habia televisor.
Por lo que percibi me tocaba otra cabaña no la que me dieron pero no quise tener problemas y acepte

1. False advertisement on Villa Amara. The published rate of the hotel was 25% cheaper than what you offered
2. Room was falsely described (I now have pictures of the description vs what was provided)
3. Travelocity failed to provide a resolution ( this chat provides two agents staring “ they are looking into it without giving updates )
4. Room was unsafe and I was unable to lock it

Nice place
Place is nice, near the town, easy when you have your own car. There is a little pool and the whole place is nice. Especialy the people are very nice.
