It was a pleasant stay. The room was huge and clean. The environment was cosy and provides a good ambience for a good sleep. The staff was courteous and helpful. However, the breakfast was very simple. I would recommend not to include breakfast vouchers in the room booking.

Highly recommended! Short walk to bus terminal & train station. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious with all adequate supplies even providing toothpaste kit & slippers! Bed is comfy. AC is cold. Water pressure is strong. Hot water is good. There's a mart next to it. Lots of shops, f&b & the 2 malls within walking distance. You wont regret choosing this hotel.

Overall, my stay was okay. Bed sheets were clean and bedside switches were well organised. Aircon and fridge were working well. Some dirt, stains and mould were found in the bathroom. Stained and moulded shower curtain should be replaced. If safe box were available, it improved my experience further and could go extra mile.
