The stay was nice. Just minor things need to be addressed like the vents in bathroom very dusty. The bathroom sliding doors not properly assembled. I still enjoyed my stay, bedding was comfortable. Staff very nice upon check in. Breakfast was delicious.

The customer service. Staff bar was great
Wasn’t a fan of the 2 fire alarms having the exit outside but I get safety reasons. Also the elevators not working properly and having to wait 8-10 min to get up and down stairs was ridiculous

Vent in the shower stall was extremely dirty and dusty. Water leaked through the floor to ceiling windows during the rain. Panels above the bathroom sink looked like they could cave in. Only 1 elevator working during stay. Area between bench and bed entrance very narrow. Parking deck in disrepair and very dirty including elevator.

Perfect place to stay!!! From the staff, to the cleanliness, the decor, things to do that were within walking distance as well as restaurants, live band, roof top pool (although we did not attend). We will most definitely visit here again.

This hotel is like a forgotten place. The place is old and needs a lot of work. It's the simple things like having the light switch where you can easily find it, or putting the towels in the bathroom instead of the cabinet under the television.
