Summer 2023

It is in a sketchier part of town, but seems to be in a revitalization mode with new construction going on. It is a block away from the UTA Green line into downtown, which is a plus. When we went, the pool wasn't usable which was disappointing in the summer. The hotel is definitely showing its age and is on the run down side, and definitely not up to the Choice Hotel reputation..

Hotel front desk was rude and unprofessional, the room was run down and dirty why they needed the $100 deposit in cash was beyond me I never had to go get the cash out they always took the card on file for that. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.

Wort hotel ever

Hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The place overall was dirty. Our door had a big gap underneath it. The tv was stuck on one channel. Also for a no smoking room the beds had big burn holes. This place needs to be shut down. I didn’t even feel safe there.
