Our room was upstairs and inside. (No elevator). The downstairs was all smokers bc they had external entry. It just felt like a sketchy area. The room was not clean. I mean they needed some sosp, water and disinfectant to scrub the walls and surfaces. Who knows when the linens had been cleaned. Im glad i didn't have a black light. Someone brought us more towels but didnt touch the rest of room. There were no "do not disturb" hangers. The staff (2 people at desk)were nice though.

Dirty, run down and cheap blankets. Toilet paper holder falling off wall and burns in blankets. I pillows where flat, felt like you were lying flat on your back. Very uncomfortable but Convenient and cheap.

It was dirty outside and the screens on most of the second floor windows looked to be either cut or torn. Clientele observed in parking lot made it not seem like a safe place to stay or leave our vehicle in the parking lot. My husband made us leave and we did not even check in.

When we arrived at the property we had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to check us in, they were not at the desk. our room had no smoke decetor, the fan in the bathroom was hanging for the ceiling, the safe was broken, the tv would stop playing a movie. tile in the bathroom was cracked, the water was warm to almost cold.

The pictures that are used to advertise do not exist at this location. Beware, bed bugs and cockroaches. I stayed in the first room with two TV'S and neither worked didn't get bitten by bed bugs but they put me in a room 4 doors down and I was eaten up!!! They wouldn't even discount the room, full charge... There are no safety stripps in the bathtub, Beware you will fall, the water is too soft, it's oily like!!! It will not rinse the soap off of your body...

I had no towels or wash cloths to shower, found a roach on top of the dresser, tv malfunctional, as well as lights, and no remorse was shown for our horrible experience until the end of the stay when there was a shift change in the morning.

Terrible My wife cried most of the night with the cat urine even after removing all bed linnen and putting out the door in the hallway.We are on disability and have booked this loccation for 2 nights with a no deposit gurantee that we choose.We travelled 11 hours from ont Canada on what was to be our first trip since covid.No tv no phone in the room no coffee kettle.The back window screen was ripped open and what looked like a break in.We informed front desk on exchanging rooms Sunny who did not want to share his last name stated were not happy leave.My wife again at 3 am had enough crying she attempted to explain to her .Here is a blank paper write down your complaints or leave.This is so wrong we feel and believe health unit violations and dangers lurk .We will speak to as many officials on what has happened here Please do your research google trip adviser on there hotel.Its all there All complaits.Hotel.com i believe your own reviews show incorrect 8.3 rating. This is so misguiding to people like us on disability to be using your service.
