My first to Atlanta. I chose the place due to its close proximity to the MARTA subway, walking distance to the Varsity, and the fact that I could spot it from a distance away. I liked the fact it was also near major attractions like Fox Theater and The Margaret Mitchell House.

I had a room booked with a check in time of 4:00 pm. At 10:30 pm I was finally given a room as a lobby full of people were told they didn’t have any clean rooms available for us. I was not offered so much as a free drink while I waited on the lobby for hours.

The only things I didn't expect was the price when we got there versus the price on hotels.com, they didn't have a microwave or mini fridge in the rooms and parking was across a busy street.
