This was a great property it even had a decent quality shower which can be hard to find when using temporary accommodation. The reception lady was so helpful and friends and explained everything very well. Would stay here again

Tour from the summit

Our stay was comfortable and incident free. Check-in was easy, we liked the onsite secure undercover parking. We visited after the drive from NSW and arrived in the rain, so it was good the get out of the car and enjoy the view from the room. We were in brisbane for the tour de brisbane cycling event and to visit some friends. The next night we enjoyed dinner out at the persian restaurant just around the corner across the roma st gardens. Maybe on our next stay, the pool renovation will be complete and we relax around that.

Booking in was very simple and very friendly and efficient. We were made to feel very welcome for our shorr stay. Would stay again. Very good value. Probably a little dated in decor but EVERYTHING supplied. Even a full stove, washing machine and dryer.

After reading the reviews and the high rating for cleanliness I thought this would be a good value option. The room was dirty, floors hadn't been vaccumed or mopped and carpets were badly stained. Lots of mould in shower. Reception were very apologetic and gave us another room but it was the same, if we had time to find alternative accommodation we would have

Terrible, any photos of the pool area should be removed, hadn’t been there I’d say in over a year. No outside area, no pool, run down tennis court - refer to photons. Property is tied, needs painting, stained carpet, pins painting through in places. Would not recommend or stay again, lucky it was only for two nights. Catfishing but using current photos. Very disappointing evrn for te money paid.

Very clean, the building needs an upgrade, things need to be replaced. Our dryer was not working properly, shower door is very small and each day we were given a towel short. 3 booked in but only 2 towels each day. Very comfortable and close to the trains & buses. Staff very helpful.

Good location and proximity to Spring Hill region and short walk to the city. Spacious apartment although very dated and old. Has quite a musty smell and could do with a major renovation. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and communication was good. Parking is very tight and low so large vehicles are really be accomodated.
