We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was great for the beach, shops and restaurants and was easily walkable to the train station for day trips too. The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly! We had an issue with our flight being cancelled and the staff were so helpful moving stuff around so we could stay in our room a few extra nights! This is a great base for exploring Nice and further afield and we would definitely stay here again!

We spent 10 nights in the family suite and had a fantastic stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The highlight was the expansive private patio, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the promenade, Old Town, and the train station. We would happily recommend this hotel to friends.

Nicolas and the receptionists were kind and very helpful…not just in terms of the hotel, but also for our day trips and any other tips we needed during our week in beautiful Nice. The hotel is charming, and the neighborhood gives you easy access on foot to restaurants and cafés (Café Elli is right across the street!), the promenade, and the old town. I highly recommend the Palm Boutique Hôtel and look forward to staying there the next time we are in Nice!

The front desk receptionist upon arriving was very helpful and offered many suggestions and full property descriptions and requirements. The room was quaint and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Two small negatives about the room was that the bathroom shower was quite small and the room was on the humid side, despite the air conditioning working well, however, the bed was fine and we enjoyed our stay. We weren’t visiting Nice for the hotel and we were able to sleep relatively comfortably each night. They only offer a continental breakfast so we chose to find a local patisserie instead. The city was wonderful and we were able to walk to most areas, and the transit system was great for a day trip to Monaco.

What a delight of a hotel. Great location, fantastic staff. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Highly recommend. The only thing I was not a fan of were the pillows. They were more decorative than for sleeping and I woke up with a sore neck every morning. The terrace room is incredible though. Just be aware that the walls and floors are VERY thin so be courteous to your neighbors at night and in the morning. Even speaking in a normal tone can be heard (I'm very sensitive to sound though). LOVED the towel warmer in the bathroom.

THE PERFECT BOUTIQUE HOTEL STAY IN NICE

This was a charming small boutique hotel with superb service. The owner, Nicholas, was on site and extremely helpful and so pleasant. The gals who cleaned my room were wonderful. When I arrived late, the instructions as to enter the hotel were perfect. I did not have the breakfast though cappuccino...3 euros. Everyone at this hotel were lovely. my room was small but with a French balcony. I would definitely stay here again. The location was 5 star!!!
