We stayed at EGO for 2 nights and it was fantastic! The location is amazing just steps away from the Rialto Bridge. Several restaurants in walking distance along with easy boat transportation. Breakfast was included with our stay. The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast room was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Waterfront property with lovey ambience. We requested for private taxi transfer from the train station - memorable first ride into Venice, unforgettable. Staff is very courteous, delicious breakfast was served. We were offered a complimentary trip to Murano for a free glass blowing demo, which was great. Just be mindful to not get carried away by all magnificent glasswork around you and indulge in expensive purchases like I did ;-)

Our stay was very nice, great location, easy access to water taxes. The breakfast dining room over looked the canal beautiful. The standard room was a little small , but very modern but comfortable. The staff catered to our needs, they were very helpful in every way. The breakfast was amazing everything you would want. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay at EGO Residence! The room was beautiful, staff were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is amazing less than 100 meters to the Rialto Bridge and water taxis and ferries at your door. We had an amazing time and if we are ever lucky enough to return to Venice we would most definitely be booking here again!

Loved that it was right by the water taxi on the grand canal. Easy access and no long walks through crowds with luggage. Rooms/bathroom was super clean and tidy and the AC worked great! Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel added nice, little touches that made the experience wonderful. We had a canal view, and even though you're right next to Rialto bridge, it was so quiet! Location is perfect with easy access to anywhere in Venice,including the other small islands. Great place to stay and would book there again.

The property was in a prime, easy to find location near the Rialto Bridge, shopping, dining, and about a 10-minute walk to the piazza. They had great customer service and helped us get a water taxi to the train station. We loved being next to one of the small canals and be serenaded by some of the gondola’s passing by. The beds were comfortable, the room spacious and we appreciated the Venetian decor. We would stay here again!!

Perfectly located for a first time trip to Venice, easy walking to shops and attractions. Very handy well stocked Grocery store next door , and steps from the water taxi to and from airport . Staff at front desk very helpful and reliable. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score was that we were there during a heat wave and the AC was struggling- but they promptly brought up a fan and it was exactly what was needed! I am a concierge and I would definitely stay here again !
