The hotel was in a great location. Near restaurants, bars e.t.c. We couldn’t park at the hotel as it was full but the staff directed us to parking nearby that wasn’t too expensive. The only downside was that there was not hot water in the mornings to shower. But there was hot water in the evening.

Perfect hotel for champagne houses about 20-30 mins walk. Also the cathedral in 15 mins walk. Plenty of great restaurants, brasserries and coffee shops within 5 mins walking. Nice room sizes and nice rooftop bar/breakfast area.

Convenient nice hotel with great breakfast!

Loved this hotel. Very convenient to the main pedestrian walk, cathedral and restaurants. Parking is a little challenging bc the spots are VERY small but our little car made it in. If not, there is a larger municipal structure a few doors down. Room for 3 was tight with the pullout couch out but manageable. We had a terrace which was delightful for a glass of wine and cheese. Bed was excellent, bathroom clean and modern and worked. Separate toilet which is nice. Breakfast was fabulous - up on the top floor overlooking the rooftops and the cathedral in the distance. Great offerings - eggs, cheese, meats and many breads. Fruits, juice. Only complaint was the croissant wasn't so great but that's minor. Staff was wonderful and helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Simple gem in Reims

Wonderful location, in center of Reims but off the main square so quieter. We were greeted by a very friendly woman who helped us settle in and allowed us to store our luggage the next day. The room was clean, comfortable with the basic amenities and the breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant with a great overlook of the city.

Superbly located hotel perfect for a short break of this lovely city. Hotel was clean and seemed fairly new, service great. It's got a cool room top bar which is also where the restaurant is so breakfast with a view! There is on site parking (14 euros/night) which is convenient and the hotel is literally 1 min walk to the Main Street with all the bars & restaurants in Reims. We stayed in a family room with our 2 boys and it was a good size with a big sit outside balcony which was not expected but fantastic. Will stay again if we ever visit Reims again.

Stayed in a room with separate living area. Hotel was very conveniently located, close to main station and a supermarket, as well as shopping and dining options. Staff were friendly. Room was very spacious. Decor rather drab. Hotel air conditioning was not effective. Possibly a central system not yet switched over to cooling mode for the pending summer months?

no-so good because the water from the shower was leaking abundantly into the bathroom and outside the bathroom. We had to build a kind of dam with towels to try to contain the water (and it did not work very well). We kindly mentioned that at check-out, and the answer was : we know... This is not acceptable.

If you have a normal sized car, take care in the parking. It is difficult to manoeuvre. We booked a room with a balcony but it was basically a ledge that wouldn’t even fit a chair. The room itself was clean but basic, the bathroom and toilet were tired. The toilet flush was hanging off the wall and when trying to adjust the shower head height, the fixture came off the wall. The staff are friendly and the location is great, but the hotel is tired and over-priced.

Area of hotel is outstanding, everything is walkable (shopping, dining, cinema, sites). Inside the hotel was average, elevator need upgrading, parking is small and tight. Restaurant on the 7th floor is overpriced, average tasting and they are in need of a true bartender! The room with balcony was nice and clean and roomy, AC worked beautifully, but don’t pay for balcony room. You don’t get to see anything due to the tall partitions. It’s mainly for those that smoke not for viewing.
