Expedia states swimming pool opening hours and the hotel charges $20 per hour to use it. However the lovely staff did give some free sessions becuae of this. Breakfast buffent needs more adding or changes Overall loveky location

The room we were given (3 bed) largely differed from the photos and was a lot smaller, with no offical window. The carpet was clearly worn and didn’t reflect 4 stars. The staff were friendly, although we were overwhelmed with the forceful requests at check in to attend one of their cruises, tours etc. Okay hotel overall.

Good location, WiFi is excellent, staff are friendly, number of power sockets in room, nice clean property, daily room cleaning, my family had a good stay, nice marble flooring and tiles in bathroom, Grohe and Ideal S fixtures in bathroom, Spa is excellent, is private but to be booked in advance for a set time. Guest have to pay to use spa. Points to improve - hot breakfast should have more options. We were staying close to lifts, slightly noisy when a big group is talking

Good facilties. Good wifi. Good customer service. Fantastic location. A bit noisy at night due to restaurants and late bars Breakfast is poor. Too many cheeses. Too many olives. Too much bread. Fruit but not cut and pealed into a fruit salad Eggs boiled or scrambled. That is it. No yoghurt. No pasteries. No baklawa. Can easily be improved on.

My family enjoyed the stay of this hotel. Clean rooms everyday. Please tip the housekeeping to express your gratitude.Polite staff but not friendly. Lobby not very big but it has outdoor space. Free cake and coffee in the afternoon time.Buffet breakfast was good but more options is needed. The quad room was two rooms adjoining with good space and nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Spa/pool/steam/room/hamman which could be rented out for €20 an hour. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Please lookout taxis. They will scam you in a heartbeat. Please get comfy shoes becuase most of the sites are wakable.

We want to file a complaint. Simply, we arrived at the hotel with a "CONFIMRED" booking and found that the hotel doesn't have this booking! As they said .. we did not confirm to Hotels.com these rooms!!! Result was a terrible night till we find another 2 rooms with a significantly higher price!!! Really a very unpleasant experience. BR

Staff was quite helpful. Lunch was OK however cantine was a bit small. The only thing that was quite bad was the water quality in the bathroom. I could smell chlore from water and even from towels that we got. I stayed one more week at another hotel in Taksim. This hotel's water was really clean. I leaved 1 week at the 6-th floor. It was the highest floor of the hotel, however I had no view because of metal between 5-th and 6-th floors. I recommend to stay at 5-th or 4-th floor. Location of hotel is not so bad. Neer to metro station Vezneciler. Hotel is located just 3 stops away from Hagia Sofia or Sultanahmet.

1st… we couldn’t even enter the area to get to the hotel. The roads are blocked until 9pm. We had to park far away and walk in to get proof of our reservation, then walk back to the car and fight with a guard to allow us in. 2nd no on street or free parking, no valet, and the price quoted for parking was far less then what they tried to charge when we arrived. Only parking is in a garage across the street. 3rd Spa is self serve only and pool is by appointment only in one hour time blocks…no poolside bar 4th we booked our reservation with Expedia online with a pay at hotel option… after all the struggles to even get to the building we didn’t want to fight more… but the price was double and in Euro. From $112 usd to 252€ their explanation was their person hasn’t updated the true prices on Expedia yet. 5th when we requested a manager, we were told that there was no one available … we were asked to pay and they could fix it later. It was never fixed… so we disputed charges with our credit card company. Photos helped. 6th rooms are not sound proof… we got to listen to everyone coming and going all night long as well as the family drama in the next room. 7th room was in decent condition, but the carpets were stained and dirty.

Bon hôtel

Hotel bien située mais un peu loin du tram, sinon tout est a proximité les commerces, resto . Une clim ne marché pas dans la chambre mais pas derangeant que ca, on avait eu la chambre familialle avec 2 chambre,petit dej copieu suffisant, le personnel au top tres gentille. Un parking sous sol payant en face de l’hotel. Sans hesité.

A fuir : pas du tout 4* et pratiques trompeuses

A fuir : Séjour en famille au sein de cet hotel (présenté comme un 4 étoiles très luxueux, bien situé et avec l'appellation SPA (2 chambres standard) choisi pour sa situation et car il possédait une piscine, qui au final est une petite pataugeoire de 5m de long en sous sol. L'offre indiquait un "parking disponible" et nous étions véhiculé, sachant que le parking est un vrai problème dans la vieille ville. Ces 2 critères (piscine pour les enfants + parking disponible) étaient primordiaux. Les petits déjeuners étaient inclus dans notre offre. D'emblée au check in, avant même de nos donner nos chambres, le réceptionniste nous indique immédiatement que le SPA et la piscine sont payants (20€ la séance) et parking à 20€ la journée et que le petit déjeuner n'était pas compris !!!! Contact avec le responsable BURAK et batailler avec arguments et preuves pour exiger la libre disposition de la piscine et le petit déjeuner sans contre partie financière inclus dans notre offre. Pour la piscine, il nous a été royalement indiqué qu'on pourrait en user 1h par jour ni plus ni moins entre 10h et 18h, sur les 3 jours sachant que le dernier jour nous devions quitter l'hotel tôt pour notre vol. La veille du 2 jour, on nous indique qu'une intervention technique rend impossible l'utilisation, de la piscine de 11h à 14h00. Autant dire que la piscine a été un mirage et tentative d'extorsion avec la nuit a plus de 90€ Nous avons payé à un tiers 60€ de parking. Les chambres étaient sales

I've been Istanbul 7 times and this was the very best of all my stays. I will definitely return to this hotel. The staff, especially Burac was amazing, he was so helpful and tried his best to make our stay comfortable. The only 2 things downside about this hotel are: 1. they have 2 single beds joined together to make a double bed, which wasn't comfortable and neither what we had expected when we requested for a double bed and 2. the limited actual double beds they had were more towards the front of the hotel and you can hear the ever-so-loud music playing outside from the restaurant across the road through the night till so late at night. Besides these 2 disadvantages, I actually really liked this hotel, the rooms are actually soundproof and spacious, the breakfast was fine, the staff were really helpful and i had a nice stay. The metro is a walking distance, shopping in Fatih was also a walking distance, the Tram is also a short walk away and the best thing was having the whole spa facilities to us alone and it was absolutelty worth the hourly price. There's food places round the corner which are reasonably priced too. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

The checkin was very smooth and professional. The room was very clean and nicely maintained. The breakfast was nice with mix of salads. The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to tram station. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
