I stayed because my son goes to College in town. Front desk manager is wonderful and very helpful! The hotel is nice and convenient. Breakfast is average for a 3 star, But They need to shampoo or get new carpet. Very dirty and stained in rooms and hallway. My only complaint.

BW Jacksonville: Positive experience-great location, well maintained property, quiet room and wonderful breakfast (lots of choices). We enjoyed our one night very much. The check-in clerk was very nice and helpful. Just about 30 minutes' drive to Springfield area. Definitely would stay again
