Very helpful young man at the front desk named Justin. The bathroom needs a place to hang your towels to dry as they want you to re-use them. The room has no window which makes the room seem smaller . Overall a nice place to stay short term.

Breakfast was poor, and not sure if its cleanliness. Foods seemed old, stale and spoiled. Rooms were disgusting, bathroom awful. The hotel needs a serious upgrade. Should be delisted and not offered to customers. Way over priced to what is offered.

This is definitely a budget hotel. Don’t expect any form of luxury or actual perks of a hotel. Asked for house keeping (to make my bed) and you would have thought I was asking for their first born. Only one small trash can and a lumpy bed with paper thin pillows. Was overall just fine, but for the amount I paid I wish I had spent that money on an actual luxury experience.

We used this as a literal hub when we needed to rest, we did not spend much time in the room at all. The only downside was no windows in the room, we overslept one morning due to no awareness of time with no sunlight. Other than that it was clean, bed was a good size, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Would definitely consider doing it again

Small rooms. Every single door had a key entry. It did exactly what it needed to for us though. Do not have breakfast in the morning! Isn’t worth the money. Great staff and super clean rooms!

Basic hotel with great personnel

This hotel is exactly what the name suggests, a hub. It provided us with a small room with a bed good enough to sleep in but was not particularly comfortable, with no desk, no window, and a single small chair and closet… it was a bit too little for two people, keep that in mind if you intend to spend some time in the room. The carpets in the hotel were not in great shape, but the room was clean and they provide towels and cleaning service fast when asked. Even if you won’t have a machine in the room, they also offer coffee and tea in the lobby area for free. I do want to take the time to highlight the excellent disposition the staff showed at all times. My husband voiced some concerns and the lady at the desk tried to accommodate him immediately, even if it was not possible. Julia found me an umbrella when there was a downpour, even if they don’t really offer umbrellas. And every day you could see the gentleman standing by the automated check-in machine trying to help people check-in as fast as possible. They are an incredibly nice and hard-working team. I have to say the hotel was not what I expected, and it’s probably on me for not reading all the details carefully, but the personnel really improved my stay and impression of the place. Thanks for making my last days in London so nice!

Frokosten var svært enkel men grei nok. Rommet var veldig lite men funksjonelt med bl.a. rom til kofferten under sengen. Sengen var liten men behagelig. Liker ikke de frostede glassveggene/døra på badet pga lite privatliv og hele rommet blir opplyst når en skal på toalettet på natten. Rommet og resten av hotellet virket rent. Luften/ventileringen på rommet var god selv om en ikke kunne åpne vinduet. Hotellet ligger sentralt, i gåavstand til mange attraksjoner og Victoria station. Masse restauranter i nærheten.

Sin ser un hotel magnifico te ofrece todo lo necesario para pasar unos pocos días en Londres haciendo turismo. Esta súper cerca de diversos lugares de interés. Tiene enchufes USB para cargar sin necesidad de adaptador. La habitación no es muy grande pero lo necesario para dormir y poco más. Nos tocó una habitación sin ventana y no lo ponia en ningun sitio.
