The bed was very comfortable, the lounge and kitchen facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and great service. The shower in the room werent so good it had a crack so mostly some water was spraying out and over our hair got wet and wasnt good pressure. The room space was excellent.

the place was very tired and run down, it was a shame to see areas for eg the putt putt on the balcony has been wasted and let it would have been a lovely place if it was kept in good condition. the staff at front desk was nice. rooms are very old.

Just like other comments suggest. The premises are a bit dated but the room and bathroom were clean and everything was working. I did not have any problems sleeping. Distance from the city centre is an issue and the nearest cafe is 500m away. Since there is no restaurant/breakfast in-house, this can be an inconvenience. All in all it is okay for the price, but if you plan on staying here, make sure you have a car.

I enjoyed the stay at Fiordland Hotel. Very good value for money and I think it has been underrated. Good comfy beds and nice hot showers. Doesn’t bother me when the building seemed a bit dated. All the facilities in the room are still quite nice.
