Very pleasant Phnom Penh central hotel

Very pleasant hotel in central Phnom Penh with a great view of the city from the rooftop bar. Nice food, good breakfast selection and dinner menu. Very courteous staff. Easy access to the city using the local tuk-tuks. Pool was a little chilly.

1 night stay.

We had a room on the 19th floor and often the lifts were full so had to wait for a lift with space. Main issue was the shower in our room as we could not get hot water. The solution from the hotel was to run the sink and bath tap as well as the shower and wait about 10 minutes for the water to heat up! The room was lovely and spacious and the bed firm but comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Excellent but....

Please clean up the balcony. Leave lots of footprint when I enter to room from balcony and I must clean the room by bath towel. Don't just say thank you about my comments but please go over it carefully. Great location and amazing facility for the price and perfect staffs, But must clean up the balcony carefully, I already booked lots of room for my friends on end of next months. Hope to see improved cleaning condition.

empathy, thought and training required.

I have stayed several times at this hotel as it is convenient for the area, facilities are ok but hospitality staff and training need to be improved starting with the management / admin staff that use the breakfast area every morning without any acknowledgement of the paying guests supplementing their salary - a simple smile and hello goes a long way! It is unlikely I will be staying again due to an incident where I was sick (food poisoning) on day of checking out, while checking out and waiting for taxi, I asked for a bottled water, which resulted in reception manager giving a bunch of excuses. I walked away, there will be no future business from me or my clients!! Phnom Penh now has so many choices.

Great Hotel in Good Location

Caught No 3 bus from airport as hotel was only a short walk from Stop 30. Really nice hotel with lovely pool, spa and well equipped fitness area. Was able to check in early after overnight flight and was upgraded to larger room with balcony. Room was very big and so was the bathroom, with separate large shower and bath. Room was serviced each day and it was good to see that they didn't change towels everyday (only on request). Breakfast was really good, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, breads/pastries, salad vegetables, nuts, hot food (could have been kept a little hotter), omelette bar and noodle bar, coffee machines but only Lipton's tea 🙁. Hotel is in a good location, not noisy at night and walking distance to museum, palace, river, central and night markets and a number of temples. Didn't need a tuktuk to get anywhere. Lots of good eating places nearby especially heading towards the river. Beds was large and comfortable with plenty of good pillows and the wifi worked well. They even provided a USB charging bank, so didn't need adaptors. Glad I booked there rather than hotel I am now at on a group tour which is way out near the Olympic Stadium, with lots of motor bike shops and few decent eating places nearby.

Séjour Affaires

Gros probleme de cafards dans les chambres. La premiere qu'on m'a donnée était infestée, j'ai changé malgré un produit mis par le personnel de l'hôtel. Ils ont malgré tout été réactif pour me proposer une autre chambre, qui elle aussi avait des cafards mais un peu moins... Le personnel est adorable!

Almost a nice stay.

They have a cockroach issue here. I was on the 17th floor and they were in my bathroom and a palmetto bug near the slide door. The staff are wonderful and addressed this issue as well as a couple others i had. Otherwise the hotel is clean and nice and breakfast buffet was well stocked. Once they address the roach issue it will be a nice hotel. I have pictures but it won't let me load them.

Very respectful

We were greeted royally every time we arrived at the front door. Breakfast was excellent, Sky bar gave a magificent view. The only negative (and i comment hesitantly because they are minor) was that the shower was not very hot in the mornings and i failed to receive a booked early morning call on the day of departure. Fortunately my cellphone did the job. Otherwise this is an exceptional property.

Was a beautiful hotel, the sky bar had a great happy hour and a stunning view. Pool area was kind of interesting with alot of birds and no sun. High pitch noise to keep away the birds was not working. Staff was super kind and friendly. Bed was nice and comfy.
