Da evitare: reception squallida e vecchia e con personale quasi sempre “nascosto” di sera; camera vecchissima (tutta; persino bacchetta di accesso al bagno scollata dal pavimento che faceva inciampare); armadio sporco; infissi vecchi e la notte non si dorme perché si sente tutto (macchine, musica, persone che gridano:é come tenere la finestra aperta);doccia vecchia e malfunzionante; ho dovuto chiedere sapone e shampoo tre volte perché non lo sostituivano; dopo 13 notti di permanenza non mi hanno concesso neanche il check-out tardivo. Unica nota positiva é la buona posizione

Las instalaciones están muy desgastadas, que dan un aspecto de suciedad, las toallas tenían huecos de lo viejas que están, las cortinas del baño también, tiene un pequeño frigobar que no le funciona el congelador, la TV no tiene cable ni es smart, aunque la cama era cómoda la base crujía con cada movimiento, tantito te sentabas o acomodabas tronaba la cama, ahí si las sábanas estaban limpias y no tenían mal aspecto. El ruido de la ciudad si es muy estruendoso para dormir, a cada rato se escuchaban las sirenas por estar cerca de avenida principal. Los puntos positivos: está muy bien ubicado el hotel prácticamente enfrente del ángel, el personal es muy amable, hay muchos comercios al rededor ya sea de comida y tiendas de conveniencia.

focos fundidos, una silla rota, y en recepcion un poco distraidos o platicando entre ellos, poco empaticos para los clientes. pero me encanta la ubicacion, limpieza. Faltaria una cobija o algo mas abrigador extra que esté por si se requiere en el closet. no se. un poco de frio esta ocasion por las lluvias. Fallas en el internet.

Crummy and run down.

This hotel looks better online than in person. The condition can best be described as “overdue for updates and repairs”. Not to mention that the 3 days I was here, the internet was functional at best 10% of the time. Of course they had posted “sorry that our wi-fi may not be working until September 12. Good to know after I paid and arrived to get work done. Avoid this place, unless you just need a bed and not much else. Do better Exe Suites San Marino.
