I had trouble getting an Uber so called the front desk as I was stranded too far of a walk away at night and during a thunderstorm to see if they had a suggestion for cab or transit. They were rude and hung up on me. Had to beg someone I knew to let me sleep in their room.

When we checked in the male staff member was quite rude, didn't provide any info beyond the room number. Other staff members were friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness was so so, it was obvious some surfaces had not been cleaned properly. First morning the firealarm went off quite early morning. Parking price listed on expedia is 12 per night but upon arrival it was 17 per night. There is free street parking in the neighbourhood available within the next block. We could not find the breakfast price listed anywhere and did not want to interact with the same rude staff member so we went to a local bakery instead.

Schade, dass es im Zimmer keinen (kleinen) Tisch mit Stühlen gab. Auch ein Kühlschrank oder jeden Tag ein kostenloses Wasser wäre schön. Im Bad war zu wenig Licht zum Schminken für meine Frau und für mich zum Rasieren, sowie Papiertaschentücher werden vermisst. Schade

Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Die Betten sind komfortabel und die Zimmer sauber. Die Problematik der Parkplätze ist nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst. Leider sind nicht alle Mitarbeiter sowohl im Empfang und im Frühstücksraum so eifrig und hilfsbereit wie Adnan R. . Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke!!!!!

Zuerst das positive: Die MitarbeiterInnen sind alle super freundlich und bemüht. Die Garage ist eine Katastrophe. Habe 2 Nächte hier übernachtet und musste jeden Abend mich aus der Garage rauswinden, da sie hoffnungslos überfüllt war, es aber von außen nicht ersichtlich war. Mein Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, der Mitarbeiter beim Check Out hatte eine Liste mit mehreren Zimmern, dürfte wohl häufiger passieren. Kleiner Tipp: Zimmer mit gerader Nummer verlangen. Die ungeraden zeigen Richtung Zug und die Fenster dämmen nicht sonderlich gut.
