Stayed here due to flight cancellation from LCY and rerouted from LHR and needed an overnight. Great - Reception - service very friendly, quick and painless Ok - Room - Clean and renovated but basic. No wardrobes?? Not OK - carpet in corridors was threadbare throughout this property Not OK - service in restaurant. Didn’t seem to care. Overall - did the trick but I’d stay elsewhere in future

Stayed the night to catch a flight home the next day and it was great. They hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Gave us a free room upgrade, and brought us 2 fans when the air conditioning stopped working. Room was nice, clean, and exactly what we needed. Easy to catch the Hotel Hoppa to/from Heathrow

Check in: Digital check in did not work and got stuck on telling me I'd have to pay 0 GBP without the option to proceed. I then went to a desk with a large sign "Check In & Out here" over it. After waiting a while staff told me I could not check in there either. Eventually I went to another desk with no signs and was able to check in. The staff there was friendly and helpful. Breakfast: Breakfast was overcrowded already before 7am on a Sunday. The food was good though. The room: The bathroom had mould on the ceiling. Otherwise a fine and spacious room.
