I would say the hotel was okay/decent. It definitely could use some updating in the rooms. The lobby and breakfast area seemed to be updated but the rooms were not. It was a comfortable place to lay my head for the evening.

Decent but rundown and not clean

The hotel was okay, but the walls were nasty. The sheets were stained and overall, it didn’t feel clean. The carpets were bleached out and there was a residual skunk smell in the hallways.

We booked two rooms. When we go there to pay they said we had only booked one room. The next day after we left we were charged for a night stay on the card we used to hold room on. When we called to ask why the said because we did not show up. But we did and paided cash when we go there. And we have yet to receive the money back that was charged to our card.

The room and bathroom were dirty. The furniture was banged up and scratched. The walls were dirty. The ceiling was stained. The baseboards were caked with dirt and dust. I asked for another room. It wasn’t much better and the basin in that bathroom was cracked.

Worth the money.

Staff was super friendly and property was clean. Sofa was stained and worn but overall room was nice. The bed and bedding was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was typical of most hotels but fresh and delicious. Will he staying again in the future.

Refused refund due to family emergency

I was scheduked to stay fir my son tournament at Pickwick, unfortunately my daughter had to go into the hospital here in Fl so we could not make it. Hotels.com would have refunded my night, but Quality Inn would not authorize it. I chose to jeeo the reservation since it was already paid for instead of cancelling so Quality Inn could rent it out again and make 2x the money or more as it was in demand due to 400 college kids in the tournament, plus thier families. I spend thousands a year in travel. I will never use Quality Inn again.
