My fault. My second stay at Panuco I booked a room with shared bathroom by accident because the rate was the same as a room with bathroom and balcony that I had in a previous stay (rates went up drastically because Madame Xpiration date (Madonna) was in town for a concert. Well, it turned out not too bad. The fact is I more or less had the shower and toilet to myself, although across the hallway. Hotel Panuco is right above a very good litle craft restaurant terrace and I made it my home away from home office. Very friendly people and good mexican food. It’s on a quiet street, close to Reforma and calle Lurma, and walkable to Polanco. Cheap. So, back to the problem with the error in the booking. Although i was a repeat customer and I explained the snafu, they wouldn’t budge. Business is business, I understand, but I would have bern willing to throw in more money for the room with a private bathroom but no dice. I was disappointed by that. I hope they booked the much higher priced room because frankly the epidode left a sour taste.

el personal del lugar tiene una actitud increiblemente buena! se sugiere que puedan revisar la opcion de lmpieza para estadias mayores a 2 dias. se recomienda el manejo del ruido para habitacion palenque dado que se sentia desde muy temprano todo el ruido desde el restaurante Yerba Santa

A equipe receptiva é ótima. Porém no descritivo dizia que tinha limpeza diária, ninguém nunca passou no meu quarto. Tem muito pernilongo e tinha um bicho na cortina. O que significa que talvez a limpeza não seja tão boa. A localização vale a pena.
