Very pretty room, friendly staff and a great location for a stay in Fukuoka. We made use of the hotel ammenities (vending & washing mashines in the building) and enjoyed our bright, clean room.The area boasts many izakaya as well as a good connection to Hakata Station, Nakasu and Tenjin.

Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood thatโs in walking proximity to public transportation and Hakata station. Breakfast buffet is very good with a variety of choices but, Japanese offerings are the best! Staff is friendly and very accommodating.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, but there are not many hooks for hanging clothes in the room. The staff is polite. The breakfast is rich but I hope the daily dishes can be changed. The hot spring is open for a long time, which is very suitable for travelers who return at night. I look forward to staying here again next time.

The hotel is hard to find but once you get your bearings the area is very close to Canal City and the Yatai food booths. The subway station Gion or Nakasu-Kawabata are both equidistant and walkable.

Cool hotel that could use a few improvements
The hotel room we stayed in was decorated in a cool way and the area it was in was fantastic, however, the bed killed my back, and the staff wasn't really the friendliest. The onsen was a nice bonus, as were the washer/dryers.

I chose the hot spring because it had the advantage of being able to use it, but besides that, it was close to the Nakas River in terms of location, and the ramen restaurant nearby was very satisfying. I was very satisfied because I could relax and sleep well with the hot spring every evening. I would definitely like to revisit. It was just that my child wore it because the pajamas were very small, but my husband and I could not wear it.

The interior featured a clean and sophisticated design incorporating traditional Japanese elements, and the desk layout made the room easy to use and work in. Overall, the staff were generally helpful; however, I was concerned about the attitude of one Japanese woman at the front desk. As a Japanese person myself, I asked a question about the local area, and the staff member who assisted me (who was not Japanese) tried to look it up online to answer. If it were something I could find online, I wouldnโt have asked. The Japanese woman, despite being nearby and not attending to any other guests, remained completely indifferent and unresponsive. Her lack of courtesy was disappointing and felt like the only blemish on an otherwise pleasant hotel experience.
