If you are used to a Comfort Suites or Hampton Inn, then this probably won't be for you, but if you are looking for a couple of nights in a secluded motel that replicates the 50s style roadside motels, then you won't be disappointed. Comfy beds, well-kept grounds, nice play area with umbrella seating for parents with little ones. Beautiful creek with additional seating along the property. The rooms are a bit spartan, but you get the necessary basics: Comfortable beds, smart TV, small table with four chairs...and that's it. Bathroom is shower-only with good water pressure. Never ran out of hot water. Surprisingly good sound-proofing between rooms!
Check-in was easy. Staff I encountered on the property was very friendly. And we were even treated to some live entertainment on July 4th!
