Hotel is a bit old with central aircon system being noisy at times. Location is a bit far from train station but close to the castle. Would prefer staying near station next time. No free luggage storage. Need to pay to store luggage for a few hours which is ridiculous for a hotel. Would not recommend to stay

This accomodation is fair for the price - it's cheap, a 20 min walk from the station, check in was easy, the room was clean, free coffee was available and various complementary toiletries (like toothbrush, etc). However everything is very dated, the bathroom is very small, it was quite loud (people running up and down the corridor at night and shouting) and the bed was uncomfortable. We stayed in okayama for access to naoshima so we didn't spend that long in the hotel, for this kind of trip, it's a good hotel.

Ekstremt venligt og hjælpsomt personale! De hjalp os med at sende vores bagage videre til Tokyo og var generelt vildt søde. Minus var at der var skimmel i loftet på badeværelset og at det generelle indeklima på værelset ikke var så godt, hvilket eksempelvis kunne ses på overdreven kondens på vinduerne efter natten, på trods af at vi havde luftet ud hele dagen.

お部屋が広くゆったりしていました。アメニティも自由に選べてよかったです。近隣の案内が少ないのとエアコンが一括管理（？）なので部屋ごとで調整できないという点が少しマイナスでした。

4人家族でツインルームを2部屋借りました。 部屋はとても広くて綺麗です。 部屋にハンドソープがあるといいです。 悪天候で高速道路が通行止めになり、到着予定が大幅に遅れ、23時のチェックインだったため、提携の駐車場が満車でしたが、徒歩3分のところにも駐車場があり、停めることができました。事前チェックイン済み その他不自由なしです！

インターハイ中に2泊連泊させていただきました。岡山城や後楽園にも近くて、朝のうちに周辺散策してからチェックアウトしても大丈夫な距離でした。提携駐車場があるとのことでしたが、やはり確保されていないので、そこが満車になったらほかを探さなくてはならず、ちょっと大変でした。ただ、少し歩けばコインパーキングはたくさんありましたし、フロントの方がいいパーキングを教えてくださったりして、対応はよかったと思います。今後のために残念な点を挙げるならば、自由に部屋に持っていける部屋着のガウンに食べこぼしのようなシミが着いたままだったことでしょうか。洗濯して綺麗にたたまれたものをいざ着ようとしたら、ケチャップしみのようなものが落ちておらず

部屋に入った時の匂い（形容し難い）が気になり、長居したい気分ではなくなりました。 また、洗面台を使おうと思ったら大きめの虫が出たので、ホテルスタッフを呼び処置してもらいましたが、殺虫剤での処理のみで部屋交換等は出来ず、結局ユニットバスを使用する気分ではなくなりました。 スタッフを呼ぶ際も部屋に電話が無く、直接フロントに行く必要がありました。 もしかしたら不運な状況が重なっただけかも知れませんが、少なくとも私達は満足に設備を使用できなかったのでこの評価とさせて頂きました。 因みに立地は市電？からも近く、後楽園からも近いのでとても良いと思いました。

洗面の縁や裏が黒く清潔感がありません。また、２人でスタンダードダブルを利用しましたが、ベットが狭いと感じました。バスローブは1階で用意してあるのを持っていくのですが、１着は臭かったので、もう１着取りに行きました。提携の駐車場は安い方は満車で、高い方を利用しましたが普通に払ったほうが安価でした。
