We got waffles and ice cream for breakfast! Spa in the neighbour hotel. Located at the harbour. Walls are very thin, you can here more than you want to.

We got a room that was already in someones use. The cost of spa services should be better displayed on the ebookers website. The website states that there is access to the spa, but nothing of the extra cost. Breakfast was really good with lot of options. Location was also good for our stay.

Good deal for comfortable no-frills

The hotel is no frills, but we were very happy with our stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the room hade everything we needed. The breakfast was too expensive, so we walked over to the Rimi hyper on the waterfront and got fresh baked goods instead. Hotel parking was expensive, so we parked in a lot about 100 meters down the road for 6 Euros/24 hours. We used the pool/spa one afternoon (8 Euros for adults and 4 Euros for kids for 3 hours for Express guests). This was much cheaper than staying at that hotel. We extended our stay because we were pleased with the hotel.

There was no minibar in the room. The room was narrow. Shower was broken, yes there was coming water, but it goes to the wall all over the bathroom. Good breakfast, but nothing else to eat, no. You have to go to the next hotel to eat dinner or subber.

It's a kind of basic budget hotel conveniently located between the harbour and the old town, there's a bus from the stop Linnahall (200 meters from the property) connecting you directly from/to the railway station and the airport. Breakfast was more than satisfactory and the quality of the food was good. Staff is English speaking and very helpful, even if they encourage you to make the check-in and check-out via Internet (I did the check-in online, it was quick and easy). Laundry service was excellent: if you give your clothes in the morning before 8, you'll find them cleaned and ironed in your room the same evening. A small minus point for the cleaning service: it's done every 2 days - no problem for me - but the cleaning is very superficial, they basically change towels and bed sheets plus a quick wipe of the bathroom.

Olimme varanneet huoneen Tallink Express hotellista mutta hotelliin saavuttaessa koko aula oli pimeänä eikä ristin sielua missään. Menimme sisäänkirjautumaan viereiseen Tallink Conference -hotelliin ja saimme huonekortit. Menimme takaisin Expressin puolelle vain löytääksemme huoneemme ja itse asiassa kaikki muutkin huoneet täysin remonttikunnossa ja myllättynä eli hotellissa oli selkeästi remontti meneillään. Tästä ihmettyneenä palasimme paremman Conference -hotellin puolelle ja kirjauduimme huonenumeroamme vastaavaan huoneeseen, johon pääsimme. Loppu hyvin kaikki hyvin saimme siis kalliimman huoneen halvemman hinnalla. Ainut että tätä ei oltu mitenkään kommunikoitu, joten sisäänkirjauksen yhteydessä oli vähän ihmettelyä. Muuten hotelli oli hyvä, spa-osasto monipuolinen ja aamupala hyvä.

Hotelli loistavalla paikalla mutta ilmastoinnin puuttuminen kesäaikana varsinkin on erittäin iso miinus. Tilava huone, jossa pieni tv ja nuhjuinen kokolattiamatto. Sänky kuitenkin hyvä ja huone siivottu hyvin. Aamiainen hyvä suhteessa huoneen hintatasoon . En menisi toista kertaa kesällä mutta voisin hyvinkin mennä uudestaan viileämpänä ajankohtana.

Perhehuone on todella pieni. Siinä mahtuu juuri ja juuri liikkumaan.Siisteys ihan ok. Kylpyhuone vähän kulahtanut. Matkalaukuille ei kunnollista tilaa. Muista varata aamupala etukäteen, ei kuulu huoneen hintaan ja hotellilla siitä maksutetaan enemmän.
