Our second time there and it was as good as we remembered. Very relaxing with the kids fully occupied all the time. Thought it very good value for money. The only small criticism is that the food at the buffet seemed to have more choice and variety the last time we were there.

Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good!

Tropical Islands offers an exciting experience, particularly recommended for families with children. However, be prepared for semi-stressed employees, subpar food, and a fair amount of inconsiderate parents along with a relatively large group of unruly children. We spent three days there and, overall, we were pleased with the experience, but we were also relieved to escape the hustle and bustle in the end.

I understand that the property is in an open area but during summer, it can get really hot inside the sunrise units that we stayed in. The climate control is only for heating, with it’s price point I would expect air conditioning to be part of its standard amenity. But other than that- the actual dome is nice, large pools, nice restaurants, friendly staff. It was a good place, not great but good

Amazonia house was dirty, the grass was not cut, and had ants in the kids room. There is was no internet connectivity which would not had been a problem if it was advertised as such. The DOME was nice and the kids enjoyed it but the price of food was exorbitant . . . 14 euros for premium cheesburger! There are not enough locations for towel rentals which is a problem if you are flying in from another location meaning you need to use you bath towel at the pool. Overall, the location is mediocre at best.

Super behageligt badeland, masser af muligheder for vores børn på 11 og 8 år. Checkin gik mindre godt da vi ikke kunne komme ind i hytten og måtte tilbage omkring receptionen. Den nye hytte vi fik var ikke gjort særlig godt rent. Men dejligt sted til et par dages afslapning.

Fint sted. Dog virkede grillen ikke der hørte til hytten, til trods for at jeg ringede fornat få det ordnet. Ligeledes var det ene vindue i stykker og kunne ikke lukkes. og håndvasken på badeværelset var også i stykker. Ogndet blev ikke repareret mens vi var der til trods for at jeg havde sagt i receptionen. Ellers var det okay.

Parkering i Tropical Islands borde ingå för de som hyr. Kaosartad parkering där det är omöjligt att åka ut, varje gång så strulade parkeringsautomaten och det bildades långa köer. Ändå vägrar man låta oss åka ut förrän man betalat parkeringen trots att det inte går att betala. Mycket folk under helger, kaos! Hade även access till badet på söndagen men vägrade ta mig dit pga att man vägrat släppa ut de som parkerat från badparkens parkering. Inte värt mödan. Dyrt boende sett till vad man får. Otrevlig parkeringsvakt som vägrade släppa ut oss, det kallas att bli frihetsberövad.

Vi hade det mycket bra under vår vistelse men en sak raserade allt någon hade varit inne i vår stuga och stulit en del saker från oss. Som tur var hade vi de viktigaste sakerna med oss när vi inte var i stugan. Under dagen när vi var på Tropical Island hade vi blivit bestulna det ger en dålig eftersmak tyvärr.

Vi upplevde resan till Tropical Island som medel. En del som var smutsigt och såg allmänt sjabbigt ut, annat var toppen! Så överlag genomsnittligt. Det fanns mat och dryck till rimliga priser och som smakade färskt och gott! Bussen som gick emellan resorten och domen var rätt ofta överfull så vi fick gå flera gånger emellan men hem kom man alltid. Mysiga charmiga små stugor i Woodland. Tyvärr hade de ett bevattensystem till gräsmattan som gick upp på natten och sprutade vatten på taket så det kom i skvättar under hela natten så det blev inte mycket sömn pga oväsendet av sprutande vatten mot rutor och tak. Grillen fungerade ej men vi bytte snabbt till en annan. Så allt OK!
