The staff were all very helpful, breakfast bountiful, the pasta and salad for dinner the best, lots of shade and grassy area with lawn chairs by the pool, a bar at the pool convenient, our main floor with patio was roomy, clean and had great air conditioning. The hotel itself, is a little tired. It needs a good scrubbing on the awnings and paint job in the building or cleaning. That being said, the property was very green and serene and relaxing. It was convenient being attached to a golf course for those who like to golf. It is difficult to get a taxi back to the hotel. We had to walk the 4k from the train station because we didn’t organize it ahead of a time and it was very hot. If you had a car, no problem or bikes. Yes, I would recommend this old villa in its own special spot.

Venice gem needing some maintenance!

Excellent and welcoming service. However, we were not advised that renovations were taking place just outside our room. I took pictures. And being a five star hotel, why do they charge for coffee dispensed in the room when much less standard hotels do not? Service staff were wonderful from the reception to others - positive, cheerful and helpful. The building while on beautiful grounds needs to be updated and guests at least warned if the quality of their stay will be affected.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights before flying back to the UK. It is a short taxi ride to airport but in a lovely quiet area. The building is beautiful, really stunning and the staff were extremely friendly. The restaurant for dinner was not cheap but the food was excellent. You would need a car/taxi to get to the local town for more cafes/restaurants. There are no tea/coffee facilities in room so all drinks need to be bought. The pool was lovely, plenty of loungers which can be reserved by guests if it is going to be busy. They serve drinks and snacks from a little hut by the pool. It was a charming and peaceful alternative to a big modern airport hotel and we really enjoyed it

Lovely hotel not far from the airport . Really handy if you want to stay near by and chill out by the pool . Gianluca on reaction was exceptionally good and helpful . Even asked the bar to stay open late as we arrived late evening - thank you mr barman !

The building itself is incredible but the rooms are small stuffy and dated. There was no air conditioning. We advised staff we didn't want to stay after seeing our room and they offered to upgrade us but we really didn't feel comfortable staying. We sat outside and were approached by a member of staff who literally said "what do you want". It is definitely not a 5 star hotel by any means.

Schlosshotel nahe Venedig

Schönes romantisches Schloss nahe Venedig. Großes Familienzimmer im Nebentrakt. Das Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber hat noch immer den Charme vergangener Jahrhunderte. Ein großes Plus ist auch der kostenlose E-Autolader. Einziges Manko ist das Frühstück, was leider in Italien nie vergleichbar ist mit Mitteleuropa.

Das Hotel wurde aus einer sehr alten Villa umgebaut. Daher ist alles im Hotel alt. Im Allgemeinen kann man sagen, dass es gepflegt ist, aber wirklich sauber war es nicht. Es war so alt, dass ich sogar sagen kann, dass wir im Zimmer gefroren haben. Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht. Würde ich noch einmal so viel Geld für dasselbe Hotel ausgeben? Nein. Es war nicht furchtbar, aber es war das Geld nicht wert.

Una notte in questa struttura. L'effetto wow svanisce subito. La struttura appare poco curata. Lontano da un 5 stelle. Probabilmente neanche 3. L'unica costa distintiva è stata la dimensione dell'hotel. Molto grande. A differenza della camera che ho avuto, molto piccola. E pure il televisore guasto e con i fili penzoloni. La colazione da dimenticare.
