You could always hear the train station, you could hear the people walking in the corridor. They didn’t change all the bed linens – I had a stain on my pillow and I saw it the whole time we stayed there. They only changed one thing, and I noticed that it was the duvet. They never emptied the trash, the cleaning was really bad. The bed is super hard! I will never come back and i would never call this a 4 star hotel The only positive thing was that the staff were nice. There was a fairly tall guy and a tall, slim, dark-skinned guy who both gave really good service.

This was our first trip to Paris and this hotel was just what we were looking for. It was clean and convenient to The Louve, Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. Also had good food and shopping nearby. Train station was just a few minutes walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend Le Grande Hotel de Normandie.

This hotel is located right across Gare St. Lazare. If you are in Paris for shopping, this is the ideal place. The rooms are small but they are fully equipped with everything you need, you will even have an espresso machine in your room. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I asked them to look for my necklace which I had left behind and they found it. I will definitely go back to this hotel! Thank you!

The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel it is super dirty (in the corner). Also, they don’t clean the rooms on weekends… which I don’t like at all. We left on Sunday, and we used the same dirty towels from Friday.
