We enjoyed our stay and were able to have a wonderful concierge. Rafael made sure our stay was nothing short of amazing and he was very knowledgeable about anything we wanted to do during our stay. We definitely look forward to booking another trip soon!

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Palladium. The resort was clean and easy to navigate. We got the swim up room and it was a great experience!

My stay here was excellent. The only problem I had was the language barrier every once in a while. Other than that, the staff was awesome. The room was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly clean always everyone was so pleasant and nice. We had concierge Cesar he was awesome and always offering to make sure everything was a great experience. KUDDOS to all the staff and CESAR your #1 in our book. Youase sure we had a great time.

I like that Rafael Puerguero checked us in personally. He also helped us to get reservations at all the best restaurants. He actually took care of that before we arrived.

It was an amazing resort, great staff. Our concierge Cesar took excellent care of us and added special touches during our stay to make us feel welcome. The food was always plentiful and delicios with many options. I recommend the Chic caberat and the spa is a must. Our room was kept clean and welcoming each day.
