My stay at La Quinta Inn was disappointing. After completing online check-in, I still had to provide the same information at the front desk, which was frustrating. The staff was unfriendly, and I expected better service for the $300 I paid for two nights.
The room was in poor condition: it had an unpleasant odor, dirty floors, a rusted shower rod, soap stains in the tub, and hair on my towel. The next day, I found a roach, used linens in the drawer, and a filthy mini fridge. When I brought these issues to the front desk, there was no offer for a new room, and I was told the manager would call me the next day.
Overall, my experience was dreadful, and I felt uncomfortable during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
