This was a great hotel. Close to everything and the staff was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious and the mini gym worked just fine for a short-term stay. I would recommend this hotel just on location alone. I could easily walk everywhere, or catch the bus or train to any part of Finland.

Housekeeping needs improvement

Pretty good from the reception to the breakfast. Only snag was the housekeeping did not wash the used cups everyday during their scheduled housekeeping chores and left them dirty and used as the day before. They don't bother to replenish the tea consumed previous day too. Otherwise, location was great, breakfast fantastic, reception was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was dirty all over. The gym was directly nasty, very dirty and smelly. Considering how small it is, it should be easy to clean. The elevator and especially staircases smelled of cigarettes and smoke. Furthermore they had renovations in one room and started with hammers at 07:00!! Breakfast under average.
