The hotel had almost no routine cleaning services. One glaring example was a piece of gum in the hallway leading to our room. It was there day after day, indicating nobody was vacuuming the hallways. The rooms felt a little dingy, and the staff at check in told us that road service consisted of making the bed and replacing the towels, but nothing else. Furthermore, when we opened up the extra bed under the sofa, a mattress was dirty, and when we called room service to make the bed, they told us they do not do that, but they can bring the sheets for us to make the bed. As for outside amenities, plenty of parking outside and the downstairs restaurant was pretty good (and the only place for service was actually good). Overall, though I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel again.

Lovely modern hotel

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt location for spring break for 4 nights. The place was beautiful, newly built and modern. The free breakfast was great and the Westside Grill food was also on point. We love that it was also in close proximity to other restaurants and stores about a mile away. Plus it is pet friendly! We will surely return.
