Llegamos como 10pm. La recepción fue fría o indiferente. Cuando bajamos las maletas no se nos indicó si había elevadores o escaleras y dónde estaban. Los pasillos a las habitaciones son de alfombra la cual estaba muy sucia y percudida. La habitación tenía un mal olor, como a pañal de bebé usado. En la madrugada 4am, me despertó un ruido agudo fuerte que, después de investigar, nos dimos cuenta que venía del aparato del aire acondicionado, el cual no nos dejó dormir. Tuve que improvisar y poner algunas maletas sobre el aparato, hasta que el ruido cesó. Obviamente no pudimos dormir bien. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, requieren una remodelación urgente. No regresaremos.

Está bien el hotel. La zona es un tanto alejada y solitaria, a unos 250 metros hay un área comercial con restaurantes, sin embargo para llegar a ella hay que caminar por la carretera. Por esta situación de los alrededores, preferiría antes hospedarme en otro lugar que hospedarme aquí nuevamente.

I had to ask twice for housekeeping, and towels, they did not provide wash cloths, the housekeeper didn't even know what it is for, the towels felt like sandpaper, some of them looked like they were white once. The bathroom's sink drain stopper did not work properly the water did not drain. Once, I had to rent a room in Chicago for 2 nights in an emergency in a rundown motel, the service was better. I know that City Express is not even a 1-star hotel, but I expected better from a Marriott. I have stayed at Marriotts before. I am very disappointed. I'll never again stay at a City Express
