It was an amazing stay. Loved the modern interior with cozy bedding (the room and bed size were big). Convenience and safe location, just 1 minute walk from Power Tower. Friendly staff and an amazing 24-hour reception. Definitely will come back and try the Wellness Center. It's clean and big in an inexpensive rate.

We stayed at the Deluxe Loft. It was quite thoughtfully designed. The only issue was that the top of loft was quite hot in the summer, and the AC wasn’t powerful enough to cool down the top floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long stay here. Front desk staff was very helpful amd courteous. Location was fantastic- 5 minute walk to great restaurants and a large mall. Our apartment was awesome. My only complaint would be the lack of housekeeping services. Stayed for 6 days and no one came by. Other than that, it was a great stay and I'd definitely stay here again. Perfect for us and our 9 year old son.

Awesome apartment near old town Prague

Overall an excellent stay. The apartment was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. Some minor suggestion: to have a proper bed in the second room instead of a bed couch, and to have a separate shower instead of the of shower within the bath (we had an older person with us and it was difficult for him to use the the shower in the bath due to fear of slipping). Apart from that the apartment was lovely and especially the front desk staff - they were most welcoming and helpful. Oh please dine at Sensa - the restaurant within the apartment. The food was delicious!

Beautiful and spacious apartment with all necessities included, even robs and sleepers. Location is perfect, great for shopping and sightseeing. All in walking distance. This specific 2-bed apartment doesn’t have a shower, only large bath. This may be not convenient for people with mobility problems. Other than that this place is absolutely perfect for a family vacation.

Personnel at the reception was very helpful and informative. They took their time to tell us about the city, nearby restaurants, places to see, etc. Also helped us to book a few activities and did beyond what we would expect them to do. Overall, the property location is great, walking distance to pretty much everywhere. Since there were 2 bedrooms and a living room, it was easy to travel as a family. Only the bathroom can be improved a bit - there was a bathtub but no shower curtains etc. Also, there was only a hand-held shower head with no place to hang it. So, taking a shower was a bit awkward, but not a deal breaker. Overall, the property is well maintained. They can use a bit more international channels on the TV, or something like a netflix subscription. We will probably go back to this property if we ever go back to Prague.

It's not often that reality matches the pictures, but it did in this case. Really wonderful apartment, clean and modern. The service was impeccable, the gentleman who greeted us was so knowledgeable about Prague and enthusiastic about our trip and had the best advice as to what to do with children. The location was fantastic, a stone throw away from the Old Town Square and really close to the train and tram stops. Only a couple of things about the apartment itself I wish there had been soap and a handtowel in the small bathroom. (There was in the larger one.) We definitely needed a bigger bin. The second room could have benefitted from two single beds rather than a sofa bed in our case. Finally, the Smart TV doesn't have your standard apps on it, only screensharing. Despite those small things, we would book again in a heartbeat, thank you so much! My only question left was, what was the bar that in the building next door called because that place looked like a lot of fun!

The hotel is perfectly located, new and stylish. The rooms are spacious. However, problems with room cleaning and miscommunication with the staff- got repeatedly overcharged at the breakfast an had to address the staff again and again to receive the refund. Got unnecessarily delayed at the checkout by the staff, almost missing the taxi. Overall a good stay, but room for improvement.
