Ordered a king room, had 2 singles, even though we booked months ago. The eventually pushed together and put a mattres topper on. Friends had same, they moved them to a different room, with another 2 single beds, eventually put topper on theirs too. The lifts were both broken, had to carry our bags up the fire escape stairs.
