Over all good.

The stay was very good. The property was maintained well. One of the rooms had bedbugs, my niece had multiple bites in her hand.

The accommodation itself was excellent. The location was just a little too far from the train stations and limited in restaurants nearby. Especially for breakfast.

We had a great experience; our room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean while still being affordable. Excellent location close to shops/food and trains and easy self check-in as well. Really appreciate the clear instructions and communication from the owners. We would absolutely stay here again in the future :)

Small room but clean

Location is near to train station, room is clean but small, ceiling is lower, shower room is small too. A bit issue for check in process using tablet, Internet is slow, only 1 tablet to use even 3 tablets are proveded.

I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting. Everything was very clear about house rules. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and would come back again! Thank you!

The hotel stay is quite a distance away from the nearest train station. Since the hotel is unmanned, self check in will take some time as I was with a big group. Plus side is the customer support via video call is efficient. Hotel size is comfortable and the place is clean. Worth the value.

The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. There needs to be a better way to check in. Did not expect that we would not be able to get fresh towels when requested, it was a surprise when I was told we needed to be the one to wash our own towels. Other than this, overall stay was good.

The property has no change of fresh towels for a 5 days stay, no dryer, no ice machine, no vending machine and no smoking room inside the building. Pillows are so unconfortable and small. I would.not.recommand this so called hotel to anyone as it is not a hotel at all. Only thing is good that there r lots of restaurants, convenience stores within a few mins walk. Nothing else.is worth for the mo,

Concept room is huge. A welcome change from the smaller rooms we have had in Japan. We were on the 15th floor, so we had amazing views of Osaka. The bed was comfortable and plenty of room to hang out. My only knock against the property was the cleanliness. The room was dirty when we got there, linens were all clean. It looked like a rush clean job to get it ready. We reached out to property mgmt and they got back to us very quick and said they would clean it again on our timetable. Ultimately, the problem was a weak vacuum. The room got cleaned, new linens and all. But the floor was still very dirty. It was a good attempt and they were very responsive and accommodating but they need a new vacuum.

The room is small than the pictures that are shown. The check-in process was the difficult and the part i did not like. We did not check-in in advance thru the online registration that require to upload our passports. We thought we can do the check-in from the counter but in fact there’s no actual staff in the counter. We needed to talk to someone via a video call. The video call connection was bad that we can’t even hear well what the staff said. Plus, they need to give us the PIN code to enter our hotel room via the call. We were not alone when we had the call so people hear our hotel room number and the PIN number the staff provided which is the part I did not like the most.

忘れ物についてのご確認

9月10日から12日まで宿泊していた者です。チェックアウトの際に服を3枚置き忘れてしまいました。 4階の一番奥の部屋に宿泊しておりました。忘れ物の内容は、黒いTシャツ1枚白いノースリーブ1枚ボーダー柄の半袖シャツ1枚です。お手元に保管されているかご確認いただけますでしょうか。

暫列為下次住宿的參考地點

整體上住宿狀況是ok的，除了衛生環境整理有進步空間（備用棉被裡有不知名的頭髮）、冷氣聲音稍大及陽台沒有曬衣觔的桿子外，其餘如地點（離心齋橋約1.5公里左右'、地鐵700公尺左右）、食的部分（約300公尺就有類似全聯的超市及便利商問）都很不錯。

Smutsigt men bra läge.

Bra läge. Rymligt rum för att vara Japan. Flera mataffärer i närheten och hyfsat nära två olika stationer. Dock smutsigt pch dammigt på rummet även om lakan och handdukar var okej. Incheckningen var också riktigt krånglig. Lugnt område.

The room we had was much smaller than was shown on the website. I spoke to staff and they said this was the standard room we booked, which is fine, but not what was shown on the website. We had 4 people staying in the room and we didn’t have room to even lay our bags out. The website showed a couch, which there was not. The floors were also quite dirty. The air conditioner was dripping the entire time we were there, which was over the top of the bed, so made our bed damp and the person laying on that side. There was a washing machine which is handy but no instructions in English which made it difficult to use, and then when we washed our clothes there was no where to hang the clothes and no dryer, so I think adding a line on the balcony would be great.

チェックインの手順は前日にメールがくるので、それほど煩雑ではなかった。ただ専用端末の通信状態が悪くオペレーターさんの音声が聞こえないので手間取った。チェックインもチェックアウトも全員分の顔写真撮影がある。部屋は快適だった。ベッド下や換気扇などの細かいところは清掃が雑な部分もあるが、水廻りが清潔だったので良かった。

立地は悪くないと思いますが

電気やペーパーホルダーなど、微妙に使い勝手が悪いところがあります。連泊の場合、タオル掛けがないことに困ります。口コミを見ていたので、ダイソーの突っ張り棒で対応しました。朝のチェックアウトの時間より前から作業に入られており、1基しかないエレベーターが使いにくかったです。
