Perfect place in Malmö

This hotel is amazing Im giving it full stars because its such a fantastic place and you get a lot for your money. The building is beautiful with a beautiful backyard, topnotch service in the lobby and in the bistro serving breakfast. The breakfast was great. The location is simply the best location in Malmö in my view. Please fix the internet connection and the showerhead and the elevator to the gym and laundry room is kind of scary you should make it more available via the staircase.

Hotel overall was good but on arrival was advised that we needed to have a different room. On seeing the room it was clearly not the same type we had booked, fewer sleeping spaces. When challenging this we were advised that we were downgraded so different. No mention of this on check in and no mention of adjusting the amount we had already cleared. Given a new room but would not confirm it was what we had booked and told to get the missing bed linens from the laundry room.

Nära till hotellets parkering och rimligt pris. Personalen väldigt glad och välkomnande. Mycket bra köksutrustning på rummet som vi dock inte behövde använda. Mysigt med badkar. Saknade kroppslotion och balsam på rummet. Trist att bastun inte funkade fullt ut annars var den relaxen mysig. Frukost ok men saknade ingefärashot och köttbullar. Om köttbullar införs får de gärna vara kyckling eller vegetariska. Hade önskat att bröden var lite varma. Vi åt tidigt men bröden var då kalla redan.

Supertrevligt hotell i häftiga lokaler. Stort och praktiskt rum med pentry, perfekt om man stannar flera nätter. Byggnaden haft ett trist fönsterbyte och är hårt renoverad så det mesta av den originalcharmen på insidan är bortraserad.
