Vi visste när vi bokade att hotellet har bästa läget på Makronissos strand så toppen att bo direkt på stranden och kunna bada innan frukost. Allt var toppen speciellt maten som var varierad och god. I äldre recensioner står att vatten inte ingår men det gör det vid all inclusive. Man får en vattenflaska när man checkar in som man fyller på i baren, även bubbelvatten serveras vid maten el i flaskan. Trevlig personal och rent, handdukar byts varje dag om man vill även poolhanddukarna kan bytas. Även om solstolar bokades både vid poolerna och stranden fanns det alltid lediga. Kan rekommendera att prova en cabana på stranden någon dag så mysigt om man är en familj. Bokas i baren 50 euro 70 för raden längst fram.

Betten waren durchgelegen, Sauberkeit war nicht besonders, Klimaanlage und Heizung defekt, nach dem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser, Reklamationen werden ignoriert, sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter vorallem an Rezeption/Restaurant, Buffetspeisen immer recht kalt bis lauwarm, 3 Kaffeeautomaten verfügbar, wo nur einer funktioniert hat, rooftopbar und alle anderen Restaurants waren geschlossen. Ausschliesslich das Buffetrestaurant offen. Kids Club war in Ordnung und das Kind war gut versorgt. Die Einrichtung des Spieleraum war ok.

Hotel direkt am Strand mit kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Zimmern waren sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Am Strand hat das Hotel liege betten die man von Hotel mieten sollen, allerdings wenn man den QR Code scannt, wird nur den Menü von Strandbar angezeigt. Für das Essen kann ich nur 3 von 5 geben. Komische Sirup mit Wasser anstatt Säfte, Essen :viel aber schlechte Qualität,gute Auswahl an Salaten und Dessert war lecker. Falls man deutsche Kinderlieder und alte Schlager Musik mag, dann sind sie in die richtige Adresse gekommen. Schwimmbad nur bis Abendessen (19Uhr) benutzbar.

Well maintained property with new furniture and nice looking around. Near the marina, restaurants and attractions. The road to the city center is close to so easy to catch the bus. Great staff. They should improve: 1. replacing cups, water and toiletries in the room more often. 2. Stingiest hotel, I have ever stayed. I guess I paid much more than what it worth, I dont know it was hotels problem or expedias being missinformative, but this hotel should be downgraded for 3 starts for the service they provide, you have to pay for everything let me explain: 1. You have to pay for safe box! (2 euros per night). 2. Water provided only upon arrival? How they claim that they care for the health of customers and they even not keeping them hydrated in a beach hotel where everyone exposed to sun all the day! 3. No mini bar ! 4. No Tissue Box provided! 5. No coffee /tea and hot water kattel provided! And when I 1st expressed my disappointment to the hotel, they told me refer to the agent you've booked from, they supposedly to inform you, instead of making up for the customer in any way possible! So disappointing!!! This is not to mention that my room was the last room on the floor ! It wasn't the stay I was expecting for after my 2 years of waiting for vacation due to pandemic. Location wise, it was far 10 minutes by car from the centeral €10 for each way by taxi. The only beautiful thig was the beach, Makronissos beach is the most beautiful beach I have seen, I really enjoyed the beach.
