The hotel is simple but at a very convenient location within walking distance to downtown area and shopping mall. The staff are very friendly with 24/7 front desk service. The breakfast is great and abundant with choices of fresh fruits. The only drawback is the aging property and no ventilation in bathroom.

The good: location is excellent, the staff are helpful The bad: the bed is absolutely terrible, the pillows are low quality, the shower leaks easily (like others have mentioned). This place can be special if Ownership invests in it because it's in a central location. That said, I would be embarassed to bring a significant other or my family here. Ownership - DO BETTER!

BOOKED WITHOUT CANCELLATION. Arrived to a sign at reception advising of renovation work from 8am to 6pm. We should have been informed in advance as quite clearly this work was prescheduled. NO SWIMMING POOL!!!. NO fridge in room. Free water on arrival would be nice in the room. BREAKFAST WAS FINE WITH HOT AND COLD OPTIONS. Bar closes 11pm sharp and food available. Decent size room, small bathroom

Black mold in room

Got a room in 8th floor with black mold on the corner of the walls.. luckily they gave me a new room the last night so i got some proper sleep. The reception is dark like a ghost hotel. Its a shame, because this hotel does have a øot of potential.. but right now feels like a forgotten building from the 80s..

Good location. Hotel is old and in dire needs of tear down. Corridors carpets are dirty. My room's bed was terrible, mattress is finished, pillows are the worst, but sheets and cleaning service was okay. In fact I do not remember a worst experience in my 30 years plus of traveling. Adjoining room was two guys welcoming prostitutes one after another. Terrible and one can hear everyting.

Nice hotel and location

All was fine. Good breakfast, nice location, helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. You needed to step into the shower to close the door to the bathroom. And, though I tried hard not to get the floor wet while showering, it was not possible. Plus, there was a small doorstop in the floor to make sure the door didn't hit the glass shower stall. It was right where you would step to sit down on the toilet. I stepped on it at night in the dark and it didn't feel good.

Hot room despite air conditioning,stayed very hot and uncomfortable,no chair to sit in only a small stool, in order to read emails and go on the net I went down to the lobby so I could actuall sit on a hair without hurting my back,the bathroom had mold and mildew all over, toilets paper roll holder is loose making the roll fall of, dirty tile with sticky yellow substance, only 2 clothes hanger in closet,my clothes were layed over bed and desk, so I put the no disturb sign on door for the 3 days I was there and made up my own bed and reused the towels
