Central, Spacious and Fun

It’s my second visit here and I chose it among many other suitable hotels in the city. It’s a new property with spacious in the heart of the city, its doors actually opening to the pedestrian zone. The train station is almost across from the hotel.

Excellent location

Very nice hotel. We choose a superior room and had a large bed and one extra bed for our child. The room was spacious and enough for us. Breakfast was included and very good as well. The staff is very nice and helpful. Location is the best there is since it is in the middle of everything and you just walk outside the entrance to find restaurants and shopping right there. We will come back to this hotel. Price is affordable as well.

The hotel is very good, beautiful and the room is spacious and very clean. The location is good and close to public transport. My only complaint is the air conditioning that did not work for 3 nights on 2 and if someone in the apartment turns on the heater the entire apartment will have a heater and no A/C

Central on the Pedestrian Zone

The hotel's location is great for a walking tour of the city center, enjoying variety of restaurants and coffee shops, hopping on a boat ride, shopping for authentic food items and so on. The parking situation is a bit complicated though as the hotel's front door is on the pedestrian zone. However, hotel offers valet service, which you would need and also when arriving better call the hotel for instructions on how to arrive as navigation may be tricky. There's a nice chain restaurant (Emirgan Sutiş) at the entrance which also provides the room service. Try the soups. The pub on the premises also looked quite charming but I didn't have a chance to try. The rooms are comfortable, clean and of good size.

Otelin girişini araba ile bulmak imkansız. Otopark var diyorlar ancak baya uzak. Vale ve bellboy yok. Odadaki halılar saç dolu. Kulak temizleme çubuğu, pamuk, diş macunu ve fırçası yok. Odadaki çöpler boşaltılmamıştı. Kahvaltı zaten hizmete dahil değildi ancak buna rağmen fiyat oldukça yüksek. Aynı ücretle başka bir otelde çok daha iyi konaklama yapabilirsiniz.

Otelin konumu ve oda büyüklüğü gayet iyi ama ısıtma ve su ısıtması neredeyse yoktu. Jakuzili oda almak gibi bir hata etmeyin asla kullanamıyorsunuz, resepsiyona söylesdiginizde ise ilgilendiklerini tekrar denememizi talep ediyorlar bu sürec 3 kez tekrarlandı sanırım yıldırma politikasına dayanıyor. Odaya cok gec gelmemizden dolayı gormedigimiz temizlik problemleri vardı. Bir onceki konaklamadan kalan yatak carsafindaki oje izinden dolayı bize rücu edilmek istendi, konuyu açıklayınca bir şey demediler, aynı oje izleri jakuzide de vardı. Jakuzi kullanamamaktan dolayı süit - teras süit fark iadesi yapılmasını talep ediyorum.

Biz 1 gece kalmak için hotels.com’dan standart oda rezervasyon yaptırdık. Otelde ek yatak sıkıntısı olduğu için resepsiyondaki görevli odamızı superior oda ile değiştirdi ve gönlümüzü aldı. Ancak otopark konusu çok sıkıntılı. Trafik çok yoğun bir zamanda otele varırsanız bizim gibi otoparka ulaşmak konusunda 45 dk harcar ve sonuç olarak başka otoparka ücretli park etmek zorunda kalabilirsiniz. Sonrasında yeni odaya geçtiğimizde temizlik konusunda sıkıntılar vardı. Tuvalette yerler resmen süpürülmemiş kadar saç doluydu. Daha sonra akşam yatarken farkettiğim yatak ve komodin arasında önceki müşterinin kopmuş kaynak saçını görünce iyice otelden soğudum açıkçası. Konumu harika olmasına rağmen bir daha bu oteli tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Sonraki gunlerde yer bulabildik. Resepsiyon 29 ekim tatil doneminde cok yogundu. Resepsiyonist gergin ve sinirliydi. Boyle yogun donemlerde yonetimin tek basina bir kisiyi gece vardiyasinda birakmak musterilere yansiyor. Oda temizlik elemanlari yeterli degildi. Havlularimiz degistirilmedi. Yer havlusunu da alip yerine temizini birakmamislar. Iletisim ve personel sikintisini gozlemledim. Ancak otel yeterlilik, konfor, lokasyon temizlik, cesitlilik acisindan mukemmele yakin.
