There is an enclave of hotels and condos in this area of Poblacion, Makati that ranges from Budget to mid-tier 4 star. This one falls right in the middle. An affordable, clean and hospitable hotel right smack dab in the middle of the action. Expect budget conscious families and Foreigner Cowboys with Pinay girlfriends shacking up in this hotel. Lots of cheap restaurants and rooftop bars nearby. There is a mall with all the basics in the next block over. This part of Makati never sleeps and expect lots of interesting characters coming and going here in a wonderful confluence of red light district and family coalescing together. A 20 minute walk will get you to the greenbelt area assuming it’s not flooding right now.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with the wifi however they repaired the problem very quickly. While staying, go to the lounge downstairs and enjoy the live music. The hotel is within walking distance of anything you may need, and public transportation is teadily available.

I have always enjoyed this place

I first stayed here in 2013.I have not been back in 6 years and several of the staff recognized me and greeted me.I've stayed here a dozen times thru the years. Lots of variety in the neighborhood from food to crazy nightlife. The beds are comfortable,clean and staff are great. Hotel is maturing and there are newer places nearby but this is my fave.
