Loved the amazing view.

From outside it looks a little outdated from inside much is very good looking, not cosy more business oriented. Hugh pool area, but even as a Suite customer you need to pay for using a spa, that is nothing spectacular but ok. The view from the suite towards the lake was amazing a worth every dime. Spectacular location close to everything and a good bed with the nicest terrasse area.

Lovely hotel in lake bled, welcoming receptionist, lovely room with a side lake view. Breakfast had the usual fare with continental meats, cereals with seeds, nuts and dried fruits. Hot food could have been better, lots of fried eggs on a plate which would have been better cooked fresh to order as per the very nice omelettes.

This hotel is in a good position for lake Bled, only a 5 minute walk to the lake. A good base for travelling around, however, traffic around the area is usually very heavy. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The grassed area by the side of the car park would benefit from some seating. The rooms were clean but not serviced too well daily. I would say the hotel only just reaches 4 star.

We loved this hotel, location and the staff, but booked it for a wellness point of view which we did not get. There is no wellness area, there are several pool areas which were chaotic with guest from the hotel and external. Lots of children everywhere. There isn’t a specific spa area just treatment rooms and the saunas were out of use due to a fire. It is however a lovely hotel and great place to stay but nothing relaxing about it.

What a place! The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, well planned and the attention to detail was clear. The facilities at the hotel were fantastic. Shame the sauna isn’t included but we enjoyed using both the indoor and outdoor pools as well as seating area and even the flume! Situated in the perfect location, not too far from the lake or the many restaurants. The staff at reception were exceptionally helpful, informative, friendly and went above and beyond. We would absolutely return to both Bled and this hotel.

Our lake view room was absolutely beautiful and we felt very comfortable here, however the cost of the stay was extremely high and we were a little bit let down by the chaos at breakfast and the general busy vibe which we were not expecting from what we thought would be a relaxing spa hotel. The swimming areas were equally chaotic with children playing etc and this was not the impression we got upon booking as the photos show a very calm spa hotel vibe.

1. Air conditioner, it was not cool enough even it was mid May. The room temperature was set 23 degrees that was a bit high for sleeping and daytime. 2. The shower pressure is weak for avoid making the bathroom floor wet due to having no shower door installed.
