Très bien et accueil vraiment au Top . par contre attention, au petits manquements : plus de mouchoir, ni de sac hygiénique et le distributeur de savon à main bloqué… Enfin les photos sur Hotels. com peuvent laisser croire que nous sommes prés de la mer ou du port, mais l'établissement est en pleine zone commerciale!

Nous avions réservé 1 chambre pour 2 . On arrive à 14h comme noter sur l'annonce d'hôtels.com. Jai poireauté 1/2h avant que la personne ne me réponde car 2 appels pour dans 15j c'était plus important que moi qui étais devant elle. Donc elle m'a dit Non pas avant 15h !!! Mavoir fait poireauté pour juste ce renseignement. 8 personnes attendaient leur chambre le temps que j'étais là !... La nuit des gens parlaient fort dans le couloir et rigolaient comme des fous. Plus jamais l'hypocampe désolée.

L'hôtel est très agréable avec une bonne literie mais il n'y avait pas de savon dans la douche. L'hôtel propose un petit déjeuner jusqu'à 10h30 mais il n'y avait plus beaucoup de viennoiseries, plus de pain de mie, ni de pain céréales, ni de gateau à 9h, j'ai dû en faire la demande et la responsable a réapprovisionné avec ce qui lui restait.

La personne à l'accueil nous revoir, car nous arrivons plus tôt que prévu, elle ne communique pas avec ses collègues, donc quiproquos sur la réservation de la chambre. La vaisselle du petit déjeuner est sale, traces de gras sur les assiettes et les couverts. Les viennoiseries sont médiocres. La chambre est confortable. Nous demandons un rez de chaussée car pas d'ascenseur, on se retrouve au rez de chaussée mais avec 3 marches à monter, dans ce cas on prévient. Plateau de courtoisie, plein à l'arrivée. Le lendemain, il n'est pas réapprovisionné, après réclamation on nous apporte 2 gobelets, un stick de café et une tisane, pas de sucre pas de lait pas de touillette, nous ne recommandons pas
