Easy shuttle to and from the airport, friendly staff and so helpful. They have all the amenities as well. Great place to take a rest on our way back to the states from the islands.

We were placed in the section that was below the ground floor in the Garden Wing. It was fairly run down and smelled like a basement. It was very spacious. Wi-fi was good. The airport shuttle was convenient and the price was very inexpensive; however, I think the rooms in other parts of the hotel were probably nicer. The smell made it an uncomfortable stay.

Beautiful

I loved it here, but I stayed on the 9th floor and it was nice, I went to lower floors and there's a lot of water damage on the walls. But otherwise, I love the amenities in the hotel and especially the beautiful garden and pond! Will definitely stay here again on our way back to the airport!

Our stay was ok for one night…. Rooms are dated, couch was stained… buffet was good for both dinner and breakfast.. free shuttle and close to airport.

I liked the Onsen and fresh breakfast. Only I concerned was smell of the room bathroom. But staff was nice and helpful. I was happy to stay here and will come back someday.

A handy shuttle bus goes to the airport every half hour making ot very easy to get to and from the airport, Narita and beyond. While very near the airport, the rooms are well soundproofed and quiet. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the well lanscaped grounds offer a parklike stting to relax in.

The hotel was a nice hotel but there were a few things that caught my attention, the room was pretty much clean but not perfect, there were spider webs and lint balls on the edges of the floor and in some corners, the room felt kind of small but everything else was pretty good I would say.

decent one night stay

nice,one night stay. Nice onsen but not much anything else to do. Limited times for lunch and bfast very busy. The staff should be little bit more kind and it is very different in other hotels around Japan.

Close to Narita airport. Difficult to get food or dining options in the area as it's away from places. Family Mart and restaurant inside are good. Lobby and reception area nice, rooms are not updated and 80s feeling, kinda old but serviceable. Very nice staff.

I cant find anything less to say for this hotel, superb from the check in to the checking out. 1. convenience store at the lobby 2. clean room and linen with "kimono" robe in style 3. toiletries (all ready for you) 4. shuttle service 5. friendly staff ...too comfy in bed to have bfast, but my brother said it was delish. definitely worth coming back.

Many food options since the convenience store was 24 hours and the restaurant ends around 9-9:30pm, for 40-50 dollars a night the bed is not bad, the internet was great 10 out of 10, the transportation was on time a couple of minutes before the scheduled time it was early the whole day except for rush hour which is understandable, there was also a international money exchange machine just in case you came late and couldn’t change your money in the airport, overall I had a pretty good and enjoyable time here and when I come to Japan I’ll definitely get this hotel again.

The bus service provided, between airport, shopping mall, train station to and from the hotel, make this a very cost effective stay. During my 2 nights staying there, I did not spend a single dime on transportation. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The walk path at the side of the building leads to a small “forest” with tall trees, creek and a small fish pond - very peaceful and pretty, especially early in the morning. In shopping, I really enjoy the stay.

Art Hotel.

Easy transfer from the airport. Great option to have a Family Mart within the building. We only stayed 1 night on our way to Tokyo. The onsen was quite good. My only real issue was the bed. It was like sleeping on a bed base without a mattress. Overall, good value.
